Consultation
Here our primary focus is to listen to your concepts, ideas, and goals for the space. We learn about your lifestyle, how you use your space now, and what you envision for the future. This is an important step, and the perfect time to be honest about expectations, and make sure we are a good fit. It is a long journey, so trust and open communication is the foundation we like to build from the start.
Scope of Work and Detailed Estimate
After the initial consultation we will deliver and review the scope of work, along with a detailed, honest estimate.
Each phase of the project will be broken down to provide a transparent understanding of our services and our timeline.
Design and Selections
We offer professional design services that will help you create a space with tailored choices and make your renovation a seamless experience. Once under contract, the design and finish selections of the project begins. After sitting with you to learn the desired look and feel of your project, we carefully present design options that meet your needs.
Construction / Renovation
We understand how stressful construction and renovations can be. This is why we ensure it’s as headache-free for you as possible. Our policy is to limit the number of projects we actively work on at once to ensure your project is getting adequate attention and resources that are available at all times.
Renovating isn’t a quick process & it’s important it’s not rushed. At this point, if you make scope changes, or alterations to the build, it will almost always add time and money. Greatness takes time, and we want every project to end in greatness.
